We have an opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused team player with a genuine interest in housing, to help us deliver excellent housing services and take forward our exciting and challenging improvement plan.
This is a key role, and you will be the main link between the council and our tenants & residents on all matters relating to the communal areas of our estates.
You will have the ability to manage a team of Caretakers, as well as the ability to work closely with Tenants and Residents Associations.
To thrive in this role you will need:
• Ability to manage a team of caretakers
• The ability to motivate and inspire staff
• A flexible and reliable approach to providing a quality service
• The ability to work with people at all levels including members of the public
You will also be required to work weekend – approximately 1 weekend in 10, for which an additional enhancement will be paid.
