DUTIES:
- To work with families to enable them to develop new skills, knowledge and resilience, which will ultimately improve their children/s attendance and attainment.
- To ensure that each young person has access to appropriate education experience.
- To work as part of a multi-agency team to develop and implement effective targeted support services to families with complex needs who are at risk or are persistently absent from education.
- To take a lead role within Families First to enable FSW practitioners to develop effective relationships with key partners in particular schools and pupil services.
