Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive Management Information Service to support the Council’s Adult Skills and Community Learning provision analysing learner data to monitor performance and providing accurate and complete data returns that meet funders’ requirements including those of the SFA. Play a leading role in the event of an Ofsted Inspection providing data for inspectors on all aspects of the provision as required by inspection team. Provide comprehensive, accurate and reliable management information for the Council’s Community Learning and Adult Skills service in order to monitor performance and provide the data required by the Skills Funding Agency and other funders.

Ensure the Council’s sub contracted delivery organisations supply reliable and robust monitoring and management information on time and to contract specifications, updating and maintaining information to the management information system as required.
