Business Support Officer


To undertake, as an expert user, a range of complex business, financial and administrative duties to support the assessment and care management teams and ensure a high quality, customer-focused and value-for-money administrative service. To assist with the development, implementation and on-going maintenance of electronic and manual information management systems. To minute meetings including safeguarding strategy meetings and conferences. To draft correspondence and assist with the production of internal and external communications. To work as lead team clerk on social services duty desk monitoring the incoming work email system.
